This is the best option if you need a follow-up after your peer support service. Some people want to follow through on the advice and check back a week later. The follow-up ranges from 24 hours to 1 month for the 30-minute follow-up from the date of the initial 1-hour service. You will book that service separately, free of charge, via email or text. You can get in-depth answers without waiting for Live chats and share personally. This private chat will not be recorded and is only for your (and your partners') personal use.
